Ethos
To appeal to credibility I will most likely use an authority figure. This can be someone such as a politician. They will have lots of knowledge about healthcare and what can be done about it. Their position as a leader for this movement will also provide credibility to what they're saying.
Another resource for credibility would be to talk to a healthcare worker such as a nurse or a doctor. They will be able to provide first-hand experience about what the American healthcare system is really like. This worker should come from a lower-income area as higher income areas are less likely to see issues with patients covering costs.
Pathos
Appeal to people's empathy. This can be done by sharing stories of people not being able to afford their healthcare costs. I will try to use personal stories where people ended up dying or severely ill as a result of a costly healthcare bill. It will show readers how dire this situation is and make them emphasize with them,
Logos
To appeal to people's logic I will use statistics and comparisons. I will present statistics about the American healthcare system, specifically about money. Then I will compare these to other western societies to highlight the drastic differences between American healthcare and other countries.
